Project Overview

This project began with a clear goal: to create a trustworthy website that demystifies the complex process of AI-powered analytics in straightforward, user-friendly language. The website is meant to present AI solutions and transparent pricing to support artists’ success. However, it currently falls short of its purpose, creating barriers rather than clarity. Instead of effectively guiding artists, its confusing language and poor user experience hinder their ability to navigate solutions confidently.

Small to medium-sized business (SMB) CEOs face the challenge of growing their businesses with the power of AI but must do so in a secure and budget-conscious manner. These leaders handle sensitive data and operate with limited financial resources, making it essential to find AI solutions that are both cost-effective and reliable. Additionally, the vast amount of information they need to process can be overwhelming, often leading to analysis paralysis and difficulty identifying which AI tools are best suited for their unique needs. This complexity creates a clear need for accessible, secure, and affordable AI solutions designed to support business growth without compromising data security or exceeding budget constraints.

We interviewed the CTPO and Co-Founder, a professional with over 15 years of experience working with data, a strong scientific and research background, and extensive expertise in model and methodology development. As a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and certified Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), they provided valuable insights into the company’s business goals, services, and target audience, helping us better formulate our approach to align with the project’s objectives.
Key Insights from Stakeholder Interview:Business Goals & Services: The focus is to promote AI solutions to business.Target Audience: The primary audience is located in France for Start-Ups, Small businesses and Medium sized Enterprises focused on health industry.Competitors & Differentiation: Inernational and national consulting firms (what we do is some kind of intersection with their market) because they want to recommend people what to do (we also want to do it) , but they mostly work with big companies, and our target audience is rather startups, small companies and medium size companies.
We are going to include ALL the aspects of company management, and specialiyed tools, for example GKAP is finantial management, LUKA is HR management. Technically if you buy all together, you will have something similar.Interviews Insights: Unclear Mentorship, Lack of Pricing & Transparency, Credibility Gap
